7th Grade Health Requirement

School Health staff is required to follow-up on all students who do not have proper immunization and health exam documentation.  Students may need to be excluded from school if attempts to obtain proper documentation are not successful.  As a reminder to all 7th grade parents/guardians, incoming 7th grade students are required to have documentation of a Tdap shot before beginning the school year!
